Development Updates
TB 2.0.0.14 / Fx 2.0.0.15 / TB 2.0.0.15
The Thunderbird respin plans for 2.0.0.15 have been put on hold. The normal schedule will suffice.
The current schedule for Firefox 2.0.0.15 is:
- Code freeze: June 6
- Builds start: June 9
- QA starts: June 10
- Release to beta channel: June 17
- Final Release: June 24
This may shift out slightly if issues come up but this is the plan of record for now.
Thunderbird 2.0.0.15 will be released two to three weeks following this but the schedule has not been finalized yet.

- Eitan Isaacson published an update on his Mozilla Foundation-funded work to improve the Orca open source screen reader for Linux.
- The Perl Foundation received a $200,000 donation to support Perl 6 development. Among other things, this donation will be used for continuation of Patrick Michaud's Perl 6 work, for which the Mozilla Foundation made a $10,000 seed grant.
