Followed the documentation instructions to create & ship it.

Build 1 failed due to bug 81260 tagging rebase step shouldn't try to fire vim to resolve conflicts.

you need to land the patch, retag the repo and rebuild the updates builder

Update configs, reconfig, start automation

Used Release Kickoff/Runner to do all of this.
