      • Describing the current situation and Vietnam-specific problems
      • Clarifying budget plan plan
      • Need not be long but concise, 2 pages might be enough
  • Event organizing:
    • Event calendar: Gathering events in Vietnam and have contributors involved
      • identify events MozVN community wishes to participate in
      • have MozVN ReMo members apply for event support at least 1 mo. in advance of events
  • Localize Mozilla /contribute page: Long (longdt) - After all groups and communication channels are ready.
