Balkans:2010/Camp Location

Here are the offers that I got from hotels ordered by price starting from lowest:

Skopski Merak*** (Personal Choice)

• Location: 5 min from the University of Technology.
• WiFi.
• Rooms: 50E Single, 70E Double + Breakfast (can arrange other meals at extra cost)

• We will probably be reserving the whole hotel because that's how big it is and that's why we are getting a good discount (85E is a normal Double Room)

Tim's hotel***

• Location: 10-15 min from the University of Technology.
• WiFi.
• Rooms: 69E Single, 89E Double

• There is a discount of 10% so 62E Single, 80E Double, they only have 17 rooms, they have a conference room that we can rent for the 21st of May for the price of 130EUR + 18% VAT.

Queens hotel****

• Location: 15 min from the University of Technology.
• WiFi.
• Rooms: 69E Single, 79E Double

• Still waiting for the discounted offer, they promissed to send it by tomorrow 8th of April.

Hotel Glam****

• Location: 10-15 min from the University of Technology.
• WiFi.
• Rooms: 110E Double + Breakfast (can arrange other meals at extra cost)

Karpos Hotel****

• Location: 1 min from the University of Technology.
• Conference room size: 25 / 45-50 people depending on seating arrangements.
• WiFi.
• No projector (can use Free Software Macedonia's one).
• Sound system available at extra cost.
• Rooms: 129E Single, 150E Double + Breakfast (can arrange other meals at extra cost)

Problem:

• It has reservations for the 29th, but they are uncertain, and if we decide for this hotel on the 29th and 30th, we can contact them and they will see to free up rooms.

Stone Bridge*****

• Location: Dead city center
• Conference room size: 40 - 100 (depending)
• WiFi
• Rooms: 138E Single, 159 Double + Breakfast

Holiday Inn still need to answer and give me info by mail.

All hotels offered a lowering of price if mass booking is made.
