Robert is an Open Source activist. He loves Open Source, is quite fluent in all technology stuff, yet he's not an coder at all. He wants to use Bugzilla to rise the quality of software he uses.

• File a bugs he finds during testing nightlies
• Help the team to find duplicates, important, non-important bugs

• Complex UI which slows him down
