The National Congress of Free Software (CNSL) is an ordered series of events that each year visits several cities each week for three months, activities and conferences in which a large selection of national and international experts in the use of GNU / Linux and Free Software participate, there is available to all participants a comprehensive sample of free software, implementation, features, capabilities and most importantly, their ethics and the importance of living in freedom and Technological Sovereignty.
