Procedure

• Agenda:
  • Agenda items to be discussed at bi-weekly internal community marketing meetings.
  • Draft to be sent to marketing global mailing list (marketing-global@mozilla.com + Dave Boswell) the Friday before the external meeting.
  • Final agenda to be posted on Spread Firefox as a forum topic in Community @ SFx and Community Marketing Team by Monday's all hands meeting
  • Marketing section of the all hands meeting to be updated with agenda by 11 a.m. on Monday
  • Agenda to be sent to marketing@lists.mozilla.org by EOD Monday before the call

  • Notes from the external community marketing call should be posted by EOD on Wednesday of the community marketing call:
    • On Spread Firefox as a forum topic in Community @ SFx and Community Marketing Team by Monday's all hands meeting
