Project updates:

bug 1328351 - [jmaher] add BUG_COMPONENT to all files in-tree- maybe 45% done
bug 1323044 - [malayaleecoder] add a lint job for mochitest (about 50% done)
bug 1322433 - [wlach] - make it easier to retrigger a job with options (precursor to rr-chaos in a test-lint job)
bug 1324470 - [gbrown] - add a mach command to display test results from activedata - up for review
[ekyle] - updated neglected oranges
TODO:
- dashboard of test by component
- better way to track disabled tests (test-informant might work)

if we had more people working on stockwell, what should they work on?
- [dminor] - looking for underlying problems across different tests/failures
  - such as bug 1293474
- [gbrown] - more people to fix intermittents, or to triage
- [ryanvm] - make it easier to debug failures (one-click loaner -> debug, build on same test loaner, which mozconfigs to use)
January is over, change for February?
- 2 weeks to fix intermittent or disabled? (too strict?)
- we will go with 2 weeks to resolve the intermittent as a general guideline for February
