What will your session or activity allow people to make, learn or do?
The session will teach folks how to make an online resume-- making it more personal and better suited to the job.
How do you see that working?
Using available tools like X-ray Goggles/Mozilla Thimble, this will show people looking for jobs on how to make an online resume.
How will you deal with 5, 15, 50 participants?
- 5 participants - more hand-holding and instruction, possible use of a computer lab
- 15 participants - Similar to the 5 particpants, but I'd need more machines
- 50 participants - I'd need help in runnign session for 50 people, especially for folks without laptops/notebooks
How long within your session before someone else can teach this?

What do you see as outcomes after the festival?
- People who are looking work may feel enlightened and be motivated to more webmaking
- People actually getting jobs because of this
