Firebug/SiteRedesign09:Launch

IMPORTANT: The following directories need to be copied over to trunk from the production tag before launch:
- blog/
- workingGroup/
- tests/
  - any server directory settings associated with this directory must also be copied to the new host that this is going to run on. Ask fox2mike for details as I believe he set this up initially. -- robc
- releases/
Perch database (getfirebug_com_perch on tm-stage01-master01) needs to be migrated to production, and access provided (see getfirebug.com/trunk/perch/config/config.php for details)
All new files are in svn: projects/getfirebug.com/trunk
cache directory at getfirebug.com/trunk/cache needs to be writeable
resources directory at getfirebug.com/perch/resources needs to be writeable
