Schedule Update

• 45 beta 6 built
  • Uploaded on GP
  • Desktop should be live soon
  • I took some Hello uplifts for beta 6 (Go Faster) but broke the CI. Started the build with a previous changeset
    • Mark Banner fixed the issue. Should be in beta 7.
    • Note that it is a big patch :(

Stability

• ongoing issues with Socorro processors, some data over weekend is artificially low, backfills in progress

Aurora

• Overall rate: 1.8 - browser: 1.0, content: 0.8 - yellow
• bug 1241921 (crash in nvd3d9wrapx.dll@*)

Beta

• Overall rate: 1.5 - browser: 1.4, content: 0.1 - red
• bug 1247380 (gfxContext::PushGroupAndCopyBackground) is 5.4% of non-e10s 45.0b5 data, patch did not make b6 due to a merge conflict :(

• bug 1232229 (FinalizeTypedArenas) is 4%
• bug 1248489 (aborts) is 2.1%
• The HTTP shutdown crashes are still ~6%, networking team working on it.

Release

• Overall rate: 1.1 - yellow
• HTTP shutdownhangs are 10%
• bug 1247380 is 1.6%
• aborts with same signature as bug 1248489 are 1.3%

Roundtable

  • Shows bugs uplifted per week to Beta and Aurora by categories and by team

  • Discussed with Tomcat (a sheriff) and they are going to request tracking automatically when it doesn't apply

• Aurora backouts for Bug 890156 - Support per-monitor DPI on Windows 8.1 & 10 desktop (This may need more QE resources for 47)
• large uplift that may need testing Bug 1173371 - [e10s] Web page is not shown when launch Firefox from network drive on Windows
• large uplift to get Loop/Hello working with e10s Bug 1154277 - Introduce a new pref for Loop e10s work. Some tests had to be disabled.
