Iteration #4 Performance

• Highlights
  • Team completed 63 story points over 14 features - a 91% increase in performance from the previous iteration.
  • Team has established a new average velocity rate of 40 story points per iteration - a 25% increase in performance from the previous iteration.
  • Overall performance gain in story points and velocity has resulted in a new production forecast release of February 21, 2014 - a reduction of 60 days (5 iterations) from the previous release update.
  • Review of Triage Backlog resulted in a reduction of outstanding work items from 50 to 4.
  • Implemented Contingency Point Framework which allows us to introduce new scope changes (features, defects and changes) without impacting the production forecast release dates.
  • Metro completed 15 out of the 17 established goals for Q1 - View Goals
