Fix Common Scheme Typos

Summary

From Firefox 29, the common typos for http, https and file protocols are corrected: ttp / ttps/tps/ps are replaced with http / https and ile/le with file in the url bar.
The items from history and bookmark library are also pointing to the corrected url.
The corrections are only for the url bar, so in web content the links will not be replaced.
