Firefox 3.0.3 and 3.1

FF 3.1

• 33 locales with commits
• 20 (19) with just Axel (haven't yet started to work)
• 15 are empty
• 11 are on the ignore list (south africa and armenian)

Migrated South African locales over to Hg

Tools

• Light launch for tomorrow
• Waiting for IT, usable on AMO.
• People who hang in the channel
• Nukador and anyone in the channel
• SUMO: create conversion scripts just like AMO, but strength is not going to be full text. UI, but not full text. Article translation will happen in Tiki Wiki.

Community Development

• 2 community events: Cologne and France.

- German Results: Henrik thinks he has found a replacement for web localizations - French meeting results: Coordination between Mozilla France, XUL France, - Geckozone. Use different communities for collaboration on promotion of communicating needs. French blog aggregator like Planet.

• French team, Philip, would be willing to be a mentor for Wolof and Kabyle
• Portuguese securing the mozilla.pt URL

- What is the URL policy? And what is hosting policy?

Testing

• Seth needs to loop back with Tim regarding creating a comprehensive testing strategy
• Reach out to community team? Have a wiki page with "What's new"...reference a few bugs...help from people who actually do keep track of things. Perhaps these people can take a few notes on this.

Travel

• Workweek for the l10n-drivers team in Paris for the week before Barcelona has been approved
