I am the sole creator and owner of the Image "Sanctuary" and it is copyrighted in my name only (SHEILA WOLK) with the Library Of Congress in Washinton D.C.

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
...I never authorized or gave permission for my image "Sanctuary" to be used on your Persona website by anyone since I am the sole copyright owner of the image "Sanctuary" placed omn this memebrs page by sthrnldy .
