WebRTC meeting notes - 5/25/2012
1) Update on getUserMedia and media engine fallback (Anant, Suhas)
- Suhas - patch renders first frame and stops
2) Update on DTLS Transport work (EKR)
- Patch ready for review (bsmith and jesup looking at it) - could land on m-c or alder TBD
- Next up: ICE
- No need to wait on License review to commit to alder
3) Update on signaling work (Enda, Ethan, Suhas, Randell)
- More sequence diagrams for review
- Hooked up in gtest so it can be tested outside of Firefox
4) Update on data channels (Randell)
- FreeBSD/SCTP team made good progress: upper API fixed, will be in by end of this week
5) Update on congestion control BoF (Randell)
- One day workshop 7/28 in Vancouver; invited attendance to people who provide a position paper. max ~60 people, at the hotel - backup sites Mozilla (~40 max) or local university.
- BoF call is out or will be soon.
6) Update on the landing plan progress (Randell)
- Posted landing plan, response not as painful as feared. Overall appears to look good.
7) Discuss any current blockers for people or new items
- Action Item: randell will get a mac of some sort.
- Action item: randell will look into Signaling on Windows on alder testing and default
8) Any updates needed to the project map?
- Nothing mentioned
