Exec Summary/Hot Topics
- Team selected 50% of the available work for the release for the first of three possible two week sprints, which was a fairly ambitious target
- Presently at half way through the first sprint completed work sits at 5% of the total planned for the release, rather than the targeted 25% (half of the 50% commitment)
- Status is yellow rather than red as it is likely the team will at least come close to catching up over the next week of the sprint, as another 19% of the available work is currently in review.
