Morgan re-enabled android emulator reboots in bug 1109932 to see if this changes the number of issues we're seeing where we can't connect to the emulator.

Having issues with battery charging on two Nexus 5 devices. May need to swap them out and have their batteries replaced.
Disabled unit tests on nexus-7-jss15q-1 due to inability to keep up partly due to battery charging issues.
Trying to keep up with test triage
Received Nexus 6 devices
Helped Margaret and Glandium with testing Patches. Really need Try support asap.
