Autophone

• Announced Autophone for developers to mobile-firefox-dev, dev-platform.
• Now testing mozilla-release (Firefox), mozilla-beta (Firefox Beta) and mozilla-aurora (Firefox Aurora) in addition to mozilla-central, mozilla-inbound, fx-team, b2g-inbound.
• Stability issues with Nexus 5 and usb connections have cause many disconnects leading to increased backlog. nexus-5-kot49h-2 and nexus-5-kot49h-4 have been removed from testing and I may remove nexus-5-kot49h-3 if further disconnections occur.
• May disable Smoketest due to load issues on mozilla-inbound.
• No progress bug 1129534] Autophone - Replace autophone.qa.mtv2.mozilla.com
• Fixed bug 1134520 Autophone - fails to detect proper app name for non-nightly try builds. Critical as developers were submitting Beta branded builds.
• Fixed bug 1135275 Autophone - uninstall previous org.mozilla packages prior to installing build. Critical as developer had submitted beta builds which due to bug 1134520 broke the ability to run webapps with multiple versions installed.
• Fixed bug 1135185 Autophone - prioritize try builds. Critical to provide more reasonable turn around for developers even in the event of increased load or backlog on the devices.
• Regression in webapps was fixed but helped increase backlog due to webapp retries: bug 1134338 - crash in java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method android.view.View android.view.ViewStub.inflate() on a null object reference at org.mozilla.gecko.GeckoApp.onWindowFocusChanged(GeckoApp.java). Disabled Mochitests on nexus-7-jss15q-1 to help work off backlog.

• Autophone - Are the mochitests providing value for testing video? They are a significant load and if they are not providing value, they should be discontinued to reduced.
