Autophone

• Nexus 6P and Pixel devices ordered.
• Some Wifi issues on nexus-9-1 but they appear to be resolved.
• Monday night saw some issues on Autophone 1 and nexus-6p-{1,2} where the pulse queue would grow until deleted. It appears this was due to Treeherder errors causing a lock contention in Autophone. We may need to backfill talos for some periods on Monday.
