How are you currently involved with the community?: 1) Run RelEng, the group responsible for handling code checkins from all developers+qa, whether they are community or employees. We are also responsible for creating+shipping all Firefox, Fennec and B2G releases. 2) cofounder of the Khmer localization group.

Location of Work (where do you reside?): San Francisco, CA, USA

Summary: To support all our products, Mozilla has a complex and unusual development environment. Helping developers understand how this environment works makes it easier for more people to submit better code changes to our products.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals: Increase number of code contributors, and increased number of checkins from each contributor.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Increased number of contributors, all submitting better quality code more often.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Mozilla developers, or potential developers with technical coding skills.
