Summary: This session will encompass brainstorming, feedback from Student Reps, and strategic planning around the Mozilla Student Reps program. Ahead of the session, current Student Reps attending MozCamp will be asked to fill out a survey about the most important topics they would like to discuss (eg. organizational structure, goals, resources) that will set the agenda for the conversation.
How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals: Student Reps is a core Mozilla program which we can organize and leverage to help accomplish both MozCamps and overall Mozilla goals. We're planning to amp the program back up in 2013 and provide more support and resources to all of our wonderful Student Reps! This session will serve as a starting point to getting the program re-energized moving into the next year!
Expected Outcome or Deliverable:
- Creation of a survey that will be leveraged as an audit of the program
- Tentative plan of objectives/goals for the program in 2013
- Organizational structure discussion
