  • 4/1/14 Data grouping/prioritization exercise >> RESULTS ARE HERE
  • 4/17/14 Met with Mardi Douglass, Sean Rich, Lawrence Mandel, Chris Peterson, Annie Elliott, Amie Tyrrel and Angela King (RR2P Team) for second pass at getting results in an actionable format
  • 4/25/14 RR2P Team continued hacking on the bucketed results: put a narrative around each bucket and identified the actions to take AND the longer-term cultural shifts needed.

May:

  • 5/6/14 RR2P Team finalized narratives and actions and created individual wiki pages for sub-projects.
  • 5/16/14 RR2P Team kicked-off sub-project work and determined how to PM the larger project (how often we meet, what we discuss, how often we update the wiki).
  • 5/19/14 Updated on Monday Project call - sub-project teams have launched and Mozillians are encouraged to check in on progress and get involved on the things that matter to them.

June:

  • 6/20/14 RR2P Team did a status check on sub-projects. It became clear that we needed leadership support on making cultural shifts and creating accountabilities. Before next RR2P Team meeting, Mihca to sync with Deb on how to structure the request.

  • 7/18/14 RR2P Team reviewed etherpad notes on our leadership requests around Developer Quality of Life and Lack of Standardization sub-projects. Got clearer on the request to leadership - will put in front of David Slater when he officially joins.
