Verify the following:

  1. Flash is not present on the following pages:
  2. Enable Plugins Preference is not present in the Controls Pane
  3. Enable Flash via about:config and enable "plugin.disable"
    • Go to the pages listed in step 1 and verify there is now flash running on them

Updates Testing
