  • Targeting a Betabreakers MSE testrun for Firefox 38 Aurora, coordinating with Milan and Lmandel - https://wiki.mozilla.org/QA/Platform/Graphics/Firefox_38
  • Note that while MSE is more of a Fx37 feature, we felt the Graphics team has enough on its plate with 17 bugs tracked for Fx37 already - doing another run against 37 would be rushed and not result in fixes against 37. Hence we agreed to do an MSE testrun against Aurora that could be fixed in 38 Beta and potentially backported in a point release if necessary.
  • MSE disabled for OS X in 37, plan for 38
  • If successful we'll look to do pre-Beta testruns for every Firefox version going forward (ie. week 5/6 of the Aurora cycle) - assumes no budgetary blockers

• All in-development channels look better than last cycle, release looks worse due to shutdownhangs on desktop and other issues on mobile
