Q3 Goals Review

• [DONE] 10 new functional tests
  • 5 Discovery Pane tests, 5 Add-ons Manager tests
  • 1 App Tab test contributed by community (:Shriram)
  • Even though half of these currently fail, they are effectively "done"
• [MISSED] 4 new Flash endurance tests
  • 1 of 4 tests complete
  • missed due to unanticipated complexity, fragility and dependencies
• [MISSED] 4 new Add-ons Manager endurance tests
  • missed due to time/project management

Q4 Goals Proposal

• Functional: more effort toward automating manual tests we run every release
• Endurance: much more focus this quarter, perhaps correlating to MemShrink goals
• Downtime: continue to work through open issues (ex. Addons Manager)
• Failures: should strive for 0 by end of quarter
• Do not gate goals on dependencies like AMO changes, Automation Services projects (will give time to support these projects when they are support-ready)
