About Us
RPIIT Mozilla Club was founded on 7th August 2015, the club is committed to create awareness about Open Web, Privacy & Open Source.
Events
7th August 2015- RPIIT Mozilla CLub Approved
22nd August 2015- 5 new members joined
10th September 2015- Mozilla Club Inaugurated & a brief session about Mozilla & its objective is held. 20 People attended this event. 3 more members added
19th October 2015- Promoting Firefox for Windows 10.
4th Dec-6th Dec 2015- Teaching the Web & getting small businesses online organized. Helped 48 small business get online (helped them understand the concept of email ids)
05 Jan 2016- Mailer sent to Students & nearby members to support Net Neutrality
9 Jan 2016- Talk event about data privacy & discussion about LightBeam
26th March- Coding Contest & Interaction round was organized
