Old-Style vs. Packaged

There are two kinds of Unittests: We use the term Old-Style to refer to builds which were created with this mozconfig which did refcounting and this is now handled in debug builds.

We now have Packaged Unittest builds which are generated with this mozconfig and we run the unittests on those optimized builds.

For new branches we suggest turning off the Old-Style unittests unless they are necessary.

Debug Unittests

If your branch has debug builds we can turn on/off unittests (packaged) for these builds on a per-platform basis.
