Updates

The updates builder failed:

release.updates.patcher.PatcherConfigError: Found multiple past-updates with duplicate to/from versions: ['31.5.0esr', '31.5.2esr', ['esrtest', 'releasetest', 'esr']]

We forgot that we should always include previous version as partial even though we burned it. Fixed by https://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/rev/e68d040e6a6f (+tags) and retriggering the builder.
