About Us
Sinhgad Institutes Mozilla Club,is the club related to all Nine Sinhagd Institutes in Narhe Sinhgad Campus of Pune University. The club lead is Varun Pailwan. Mozilla exist to promote openness ,innovation & opportunity on the internet with continuous empowering advanced technology.All Mozilla projects uses a community based approach to create world class open source software with evolving technology.Mozilla people are focused on advanced vision of Internet and related technologies and also provide a frame work for other people to effectively utilize the Internet. It is linked with people of wide culture , irrespective to their technical background. It aims to make the web / Internet a better place for everyone in the world and also believes that Individual security on Internet is fundamental. This club will try to spread all the knowledge related to MOZILLA technology (Products), such as Firefox browser, Applications, Mozilla OS and many more.The club students will get all facilities like Mozilla resources,Mozilla labs, Webmaker and all Events related to Mozilla Firefox. This club will promote the Mozilla to help out to keep it's motive " The Web should remain open & accessible to all" & creating innovation & opportunity to every one.
