* how long has the applicant been involved in the Mozilla project
<p>The following are suggested criteria that ReMo council members should consider when making a decision on whether or not to select a ReMo applicant:
** Minimum: 6 months

** Bonus:  Years
<ul><li> how long has the applicant been involved in the Mozilla project
* how knowledgeable is the applicant of the Mozilla Project, our mission and our values
</li><li> how knowledgeable is the applicant of the Mozilla Project, our mission and our values
** Minimum: Read the Mozilla Manifesto
</li><li> what are the applicant's main motivations to join ReMo
** Bonus: Personal association with mission or values of mozilla
</li><li> do you feel this person would explain Mozilla well to a public audience?
* Applicant blogs/posts about mozilla
</li><li> do you feel this person is genuinely interested in helping promote Mozilla&nbsp;?
** Minimum: One post
</li><li> is the applicant already involved in other community-driven projects?  
** Bonus: Already doing/done that
</li><li> is the applicant familiar with the different products Mozilla develops and different Mozilla initiatives (eg. Webmaker, Persona, etc..)
* Have Goals for participation in ReMo
</li><li> nomination/recommendation from team leader, eg OpenMatt for drumbeat, maryc for marketing
** Minimum: One goal aligned with the program
</li><li> will the applicant be able to pull together his own resources at times even though if Mozilla is unable to provide? example: designing presentations, press releases, make own swag?
** Bonus: Three or more goals aligned with the program
</li><li> what would be his commitment period to the program? (3 months, 6months etc)
* Ability to publicly speak about mozilla

** Minimum: Be comfortable with that
<li>Open to work in collaboration</li>
** Bonus: Already done that in different audiences

* Involved in other community-driven projects?

** Minimum: At least one
** Bonus: Participation in open-source community
* is the applicant familiar with the different products Mozilla develops and different Mozilla initiatives (eg. Drumbeat, Firefox Identity etc..)
** Minimum: Know at least one other project except Firefox
** Bonus: Knows about upcoming projects and latest developments
* will the applicant be able to pull together his own resources at times even though if Mozilla is unable to provide? example: designing presentations, press releases, make own swag?
** Minimum: Willing to do that (and understand what it takes)
** Bonus: Already done that
* what would be his commitment period to the program? (3 months, 6months etc)
** Minimum: This year
** Bonus: No limit
