 It’s time for the weekly mini update where we tell you all the things IT is doing to empower mozillians in their mission to keep the web a global public resource open and accessible to all.
-There are two updates in today’s IT MinIT as we say goodbye to Q1 and begin the countdown to Whistler.
 Our first update comes from the data and analytics team.  In collaboration with Open Innovation we’ve launch the first version of the support dashboard.  The dashboard is used to track the overall performance of an application we internally commonly refer to as SUMO.  SUMO stands for support.mozilla.org.  The dashboard is just as start and the team will continue to add more components over the next few sprints.  If you want to check it out the dashboard is available at the link below but currently only open to Staff Mozillians. -Next up is a very exciting announcement from AVOps.  First a thank you for all the feedback on conferencing experience.  As a result of all the feedback we are targeting the end of May to begin the move to Zoom for Video Conferencing. Look for ongoing updates on the conference room rollout in upcoming IT MinITs.  Here’s a draft version of the rollout schedule.
