Your account needs to be set up before you can use it to sync. The setup process cannot currently be done from Fennec -- it must be done from Firefox. So if you haven't already, follow the instructions on [https://services.mozilla.com/ services.mozilla.com] to install on Firefox and do your account setup and first sync.
