== Other Platforms ==
; Windows Mobile: '''[http://blog.pavlov.net/2010/03/22/stopping-development-for-windows-mobile/ Firefox has stopped development for Windows Mobile indefinitely.]''' Thank you to our contributors for their continued support and feedback. Last Version: [http://www.mozilla.org/projects/fennec/1.1a1-wm/releasenotes/ 1.0 alpha 4].
; iPhone: We do not have plans to build an iPhone browser due to constraints with the OS environment and distribution. Unlike other third-party browsers for iPhone, Firefox depends on its own rendering engine and JavaScript interpreter. The iPhone SDK Agreement prevents us from distributing these components to iPhone users. Browsers on the iPhone must use Apple's own JavaScript engine, or none at all (like Opera Mini, which pre-renders pages on Opera's servers and does not run any JavaScript code on the iPhone itself).
; Palm Pre: We currently have no plans to develop Firefox for the Palm Pre/WebOS platform, but there is an [http://www.oxymoronical.com/blog/tag/palm unofficial port by Dave Townsend (mossop)].
; Blackberry: Sorry, no plans. Due to its Java-based operating system and the inability to build native C/C++ components, Firefox is not compatible on the Blackberry OS.
; Symbian: We currently have no plans to develop Firefox for the Symbian platform. See [[Mobile/Symbian]] for notes from an inactive project to port Firefox to Symbian.
; Feature phones: We’ve targeted our development for smartphones. Standard mobile or feature phones are not powerful enough to support a great Firefox user experience.
