Grow mozilla draft: Difference between revisions

Content experts from different project teams ([[Stewards]]) craft community building strategies that are used to guide potential contributors into volunteer opportunities.  Potential contributors are reached through online channels (eg, [http://www.mozilla.org/contribute Get Involved pages]) and offline channels (eg, events organized by [[ReMo|Mozilla Reps]]).  Each team sets community health and growth targets to measure and optimize the effectiveness of converting people into casual and active contributors.
