Changes

After August 11th11, all applications will be reviewed by a small reviewing panel. By September 1, a final batch of 20-30 semifinalists will be selected and interviews conducted both in-person and virtually, depending on location and availability. Finalist Finalists will be notified by Oct October 1 and a public annoucement of our 2013 fellows will be made at the [https://mozillafestival.org/2013 Mozilla Festival] in London November 9.
