-** Previously we downloaded and launched all locales on Windows.  We did the same for half the locales on Mac and the other half on Linux.  For each one we manually checked the first run page, default home page, search engines, bookmarks, help, etc.  This took about 10 minutes per locale/platform combination. This is about a 13 hour effort.  With this test tool it takes 15 seconds per locale/platform combination.  Now we can do every combination in about 30 minutes.  With parallel machines it takes a total of about 10 minutes!
