• Remaining launch work:
  • Tweak DB update script (Wednesday)
  • minor, 90% done, but Drupal trips over itself in some places and buchanan to work around that. Should be working today.
  • Testing affiliates (Thursday - test cases & affiliates working)
    • jbalogh reviewing affiliates code now & writing a test framework.
    • we need solid test cases:
      • Including top movers, top foxes, weekly
      • QA to talk through tests with Jeff/Buchanan on Thursday.

• Parsing affiliate all-time totals
  • bug 488333 - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488333
  • Until what date do we parse -- David wants to go back to Sept. 2009 when the conversion was done. In the near future we can roll out hits and download stats
  • buchanan needs to tweak the parse script to handle parsing older/different logs
  • Goal is hand off script to IT on Thursday.
  • Timeframe is dependent on how long the script will take to run - Morgamic will ask IT to help with it.
    • Start with 2 weeks and go from there. Release with a note saying we're still backfilling.
    • This will not be a blocker.

• Image module woes
  • Morgamic to check with Paul C. for this.

• Go through 3.0 bug list one last time and resolve/move/update stale bugs. Mary sent invite for tomorrow.

• Testing the update process,
  • i.e. do a dry-run on a production DB dump and post that on stage so we can check it over
  • We'll do this on Friday.

• Any other concerns for the launch? Everyone feels pretty good!

• Timing:
  • drupal updates.sql done today
  • jbalogh done reviewing today or tomorrow?
  • ideally, get all-time parsing going by Thursday
  • set up dry-run on stage Friday
  • image module, TBD, need to talk to Paul C. or else Buchanan investigates
  • Friday/Monday we'll know if all the testing goes well.
