If you stand in front of the building, there is a Hard Rock Café on your right. You see two doors of the building with the number 16. Please take the left door.

Office Network

The Network Operations team has switched to Juniper Wireless.

Metro Directions to the Office from the Hotel

1. Walk from Pulmann Hotel to Metro Station Bir-Hakeim (5 min)

2. Metro Ride (22 min)

  • M6 from Bir-Hakeim (Grenelle)

direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile up to Trocadero

  • M9 from Trocadero

direction Mairie de Montreuil up to Grands Boulevards

3. Get off the station GRAND BOULEVARDS and take exit to street Boulevard Montmarte

4. Once you depart the station, walk towards the Hard Rock Cafe (going West)

Please note that Wolff staff will be guiding all attendees to the office on Saturday morning and will be handing out Metro passes at the reception desk throughout the duration of the event. Please meet in the lobby five minutes before one of the times outlined below and a member of Wolff staff will guide you to the office.

Sunday

There is a metro train leaving every 5 min. alternating Metro line #8 and #9. The whole commute should take 25-30 min total.

Friday Evening Welcome Reception

Please note that everyone will be taking the metro to the Welcome Reception on Friday evening. If you would like to take a taxi returning back to the hotel you will be able to reserve a taxi at the reception desk at the office. Please request a taxi at least 30 minutes before you wish to depart. It should cost between 15-20 Euro to be able to return to the Pullman.

  • Tuna carpaccio citrus fruit marinated,, with black live puree and Pistaccio oil
  • Carpaccio of 3 heirloom tomatoes with Mozzarella di Bufala from Campana Salads and carpaccios

  • Fusilli pesto salad with yellow cherry tomatoes and pancetta


Main Course:

  • Vegetarian: Grilled vegetable lasagne
  • Beef with 3 peppercorn crust an horseradish sauce and potato salad with cucumber
 (Gluten-free)


Afternoon sweets:

  • Lemon curd tart
  • Bitter chocolate cake with oranges and almonds

Please note we will be walking together from the office to dinner on Saturday evening (15 min walk.) After dinner there will be shuttles available (beginning at 10:00pm) that will transport the group back to the hotel.

Starters

  • Mozzarella di Buffala marinated in espelette pepper, old-style tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (vegetarian)
  • Roasted meat of duck from the South-West with Provencal vegetables with mozzarella au gratin
  • Wild strawberries gazpacho with organic strawberry sorbet and a pistachio financier cake

Main Dish

  • Vegetarian main dish: steamed potatoes, French beans and Provencal vegetables with Mozarella au gratin
  • Gluten-free main dish: the meat is gluten free and the steamed filet of wild cod will be served without the parmesan crust.

Side Dish

  • Either some gratin dauphinois or seared heritage tomatoes and Taggiasche olives (gluten-free)

Sunday

  • Moroccan carrot and date salad with fresh mint
  • Salmon and ricotta quiche ,Five sprout salad layered with honey-poppyseed vinaigrette
  • Mezze / assorted appetizers:
  • Hummus, eggplant salald, ispanak, dolmas (Stuffed grape leaves with raisins and pine nuts)
  • Haydari (cucumber and Yoghurt) served with pide bread triangles


Main Course:

  • Indian curried chicken with cumin spiced vegetables, rice, pistachio and dried fruit salad (Gluten-free)
  • Vegetarian chili with molé sauce and cheddar polenta


Afternoon Snack:

  • Chocolate fountain with fruit

Dinner

We have made dinner reservations at 5 restaurants close to the hotel. We will ask that during lunch on Sunday you sign-up to eat with a small group (10-15 people) at one of the restaurants were reservations have been made.
