TPEMedia/dump memory usage

  1. go to B2G/tools
  2. run "get_about_memory.py"
    1. It retrieves the memory usage data and save the data to folder, "about-memory-x".
  3. Run desktop browser and go to "about:memory"
  4. Open the "memory-reports" from about:memory.
