Selection Setting Notes

(08:37:56 PM) Eric Jung: "If there is not a selection: ... setting either property has no effect." ... so there's no way to set a selection unless there already is a seleciton? are you sure?

(08:38:39 PM) Myk Melez: setting the selection actually replaces the current selection with the new value, so if there is no current selection, there's nothing to replace
