Talk:Mobile/WinCE LoadLibrary SearchPath Bug Notes
Just what I'd expect from freetards - slander about Windows CE. If you're allergic to it then just walk away.
1) If Windows CE is old, then Linsux is older still
2) Windows CE is NOT 'based on Windows 3.1'. It's not actually based on anything except the Win32 API. Is this telling you something? WinCE != Windows 3.1.
3) Windows CE from day 1 was a 32-bit address space, wide character, pre-emptive multi-tasking OS. Is that telling you something? WinCE != Windows 3.1.
4) Windows CE has no bugs with respect to search paths. IT JUST DOESN'T HAVE SEARCH PATHS. Capiche? It doesn't have a PATH concept. All files specs were originally intended to be absolute. Why? Because it's only a little thing you hold in your hand (Linsuxfags should be well aware of little things they hold in their hands), so why should it need complex directory structures?
5) Windows CE doesn't implement things related to search paths BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE SEARCH PATHS. Am I making myself clear here? It's NOT a bug.
6) Oh noes, we don't know where to put our dlls. Nobody else seems to have a problem with this. I never have that problem, and yet I've been a professional Windows CE developer for years. Oh, wait, maybe it's because I gave up using dlls a long time ago and use managed assemblies instead. And you're the one slagging off Windows CE for being old. Sheesh.
7) What a bunch of morons you are. Does mommy know you're using daddy's computer?
