Looking for clarification on what version of Thunderbird is being tested (Thunderbird 3.0 or 2.0.0.12)?

Is there a build of Lightning that works with Thunderbird version 3.0a1pre (unsuccessfully tried the last RC 0.8 and the latest nightly)?

^^ The latest supported build is 2.0.0.12, and this is recommended for folks who want to test a stable build. For the adventurous, they can test out the trunk 3.0a1pre nightlies but they are currently more unstable. Lightning ftp builds from the -trunk directory do work with Thunderbird 3.0a1pre nightlies but they are also unstable and are more likely to cause problems.
