About Us
UCSC Firefox Club is established to help students to learn the web, organize Mozilla events in the university and promote Firefox. Founded on May, 01st of 2014, by a group of students who love FOSS in order to make the best out from Mozilla's FSA programme.
How to join the Club
Recruitment process will be announced inside the institute allowing students of UCSC to join the club.
Events
1) Inaugural Meeting
On 31st March 2015, UCSC Firefox Club had the inaugural meeting. In this meeting, club officers were appointed. Brief introduction about what FSA programme was given by club lead, Anuradha. There were around 25 FSAs present in the meeting. Following are the officers who got appointed and their roles.

2) Introductory Session for 1st Year Students
A Firefox Student Ambassador introductory session for 1st year students of University of Colombo School of Computing was held on 14th May 2015. Objective of this session was to give the students an idea about what FSA is and how to contribute, make them FSAs and recruit them to the club as members.
