Update:Remora Full Migration

This is a thought experiment, coming in part from the new schedule for Fx2's release, though we'll need to do this anyway at some point.

What do we need to do to move _all_ of AMO over to Remora infrastructure?

• tier system (prerelease flag? goodness threshold via the rating system? explicit flagging?)
  • we'll probably need some better workflow here, for multiple reviews/etc. to bump an app up (down?) a tier
• support for other apps
  • mozilla products (thunderbird)
  • mozilla projects (sunbird, seamonkey, camino?)
  • other projects/products (nvu? flock? songbird?)
  • random xulrunner stuff?
• import tool/policy question
  • old add-on versions?
  • app version mapping/constraints?
    • require at least Firefox 1.5 support?
  • probably want a new password generated
  • anything special for
  • double-check the package for previously-missed
  • comments? (double ugh)
  • ratings? (ugh)
• the manual/magic redirects that are in place for Google toolbar and other such?
