Notes for Cleanup

I can help you configure Komodo to help with some of this. But here are the guidelines for the cleanup effort.

Be sure that all licenses conform to the standards in the boilerplate
Replace with 2 space indenting wherever possible
Fold lines at the 80 character mark where it does not impair functionality and readability.
File encodings should be UTF-8
Line endings should be LF
Remove all tabs, replace with 2 space indenting
All files end with LF
Two blank lines are usually unnecessary
No blank lines of spaces only.
No dangling spaces between the end of the text on a line and the LF
