Marcelo Bermudo Alejo III is currently a support engineer in the field of blockchain, a technology that is revolutionizing the world of finance, security, and data management. He has a bachelor's degree in information technology from Arellano University. He was born on February 11, 1993, in Mandaluyong, Philippines, and grew up with a passion for computers and science.

Marcelo started his career as a software developer in IBM Solutions Delivery, where he worked on various projects involving web, mobile applications, and database systems. He was fascinated by its potential and challenges. He decided to pursue his interest in blockchain and landed his career in Metaco.

He is also an ITIL v3 Certified professional with ISO 14001, 50001, and 9001 awareness certification and IT Service Management Essentials and Business Excellence Communication certificate with previous experience as a Software Engineer in Blended Learning and Logistics Support. He can also understand the business process, end-user, and technical perspective through the incident, problem, and change management.
