Yacine Bourras, is a 21 years old Information Technology student at the Faculty of modern technologies for information and communication (NTIC) - Constantine University and a Mozilla Reps.

He is enrolled in many local and international organizations since the age of 15 years old; he has been the founder and the president of the first Firefox club in Algeria, the head of media and communication of “Setif Empower Youth Association” (a youth-led non-profit organization established for the aim of enhancing the young people Educational, Leadership, and Entrepreneurial skills.), Under Secretary General Of Information Services in Algeria Model United Nations, SEA XChange's IT Manager & Chief of Staff (SEA Xchange | Algeria, is an intensive one-week learning program of social entrepreneurship designed for the young innovators in order to solve the surrounding social issues in their community.), an event organizer such as the first United Nation International Youth Day | Algeria 2013 , project coordinator, trainer and speaker and now he is working in the National Youth Council team on creating the first National Youth Council in Algeria. In addition, he is also a designer, photographer and movie producer.
