Actually, you can help out! I will be revising this doc in the next few days and weeks (hopefully 1 1/2 weeks). After that, feel free to look it over, give feedback, make edits, etc. If you want to give me your e-mail I can involve you in discussions about where to take the doc. Also, if you want to work on bugzilla.mozilla.org, quality.mozilla.org, or some other mozilla site, just go ahead. If you need help, feel free to ask.
