The purpose of this meeting is to make go / no-go decision for the Markup campaign.

Status

Previous Action Items

• Laura - File bug to update video
• Fred - File bug to update stage
• Matt - Track down IE9 issues
• Matt - Begin regression testing and verification
• Matt - Load test against stage for verification
• Corey - Will need to update production on Tuesday
• MPressman - Will need to update database by deleting existing marks or re-import / migrate data
• Stas - Continue L10N tasks

Updates

• Matt, Fred, Laura - All looking good
• Cshields - One error; nothing that we are worried about.

Action Items

1. Chsields - Update the codebase to the most recent git commit.
2. MPressman - Update database / data.
3. Cshields - Will take care of the rewrite.
4. Matt - Smoke test once live.
5. Laura - Will test invites.
6. Laura - Throttled announcement approach.

Rollback

In the event of a worst-case scenario:

1. Cshields - Re-implement rewrite to redirect traffic to hard-hat.
2. Laura - Put a halt on marketing throttle campaign
